Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature and strict quality control of our research compounds, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered products. Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-refundable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or supplied in error.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin.pijjiefitness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, our support team will contact you directly via WhatsApp or email to coordinate and process your refund. Once initiated, refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pijjie Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pijjie Fitness will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
