Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (MYT) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer fast and discreet shipping to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Standard Delivery (Malaysia): Typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
• Sabah & Sarawak: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

3. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are packed securely and shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure confidentiality. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

Pijjie Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
